It's official.

With less than 25 days remaining until Election Day, we are in the homestretch. And victory is on the horizon.

Our final FEC deadline is rapidly approaching in two days - September 30th - and our campaign needs to report our highest end-of-quarter fundraising numbers yet. We've outraised my opponent the first two quarters of this year and we must top him again if we are going to win this race.

The end of Q3 is upon us and we will end it STRONG!  This is only a two day push, so please help out with whatever contribution you can afford.  Remember that anything you can do is valuable and makes a difference in this race.  Together, we will do this!   Charge with us into this last month before the election with all guns blazing!

Well, here we go, we've got our results first thing this morning on our MONEYBOMB.  Our deadline is midnight tonight after the debate.  Pitch in what you can!!

AUG 20 Debate MONEYBOMB!

Good morning folks!  We are launching a quick and easy moneybomb in advance of the debate between Ilario Pantano and Mike McIntyre tomorrow night.  Why? Because McIntyre is already running ads claiming he DOESN'T work for Nancy Pelosi - and trying to trick the district into overlooking the fact that he follows her vote the vast majority of the time.

We need to counter his claim with the facts of his choices as an incumbent - and we can only do that with YOUR help.  We need to get our own ads on the air putting the facts in front of the people.

Each of our moneybombs has a purpose and a very short fuse.  We need to raise money to counter McIntyre's ads immediately!    Can you contribute $25, $50, $100, or even $500 towards making sure we keep the record straight?  This is why we love these moneybombs - everyone can participate at every level, because every little bit adds up to one effective sum.

The debate on Friday night will really help in underscoring the differences between what Pantano and McIntyre stand for.  So please help us raise $5K before midnight tomorrow night!

We are well on our way to sending a message to Washington. Our moneybomb grew into a $20K finale and we are so grateful to our friends and supporters. We will use your money wisely.  

We know we can never compete with the special interests that have given so much to our incumbent, but the voice of the people will be heard nonetheless. We are not afraid, and we will not be stopped...

For the first time ever in NC-07, a Republican challenger out-raised the Democrat incumbent in the first quarter of 2010. Political observers from all across the country will be watching and waiting for our second quarter report to see if we can keep up the momentum.  While the incumbent is shaking down people and calling in favors, let's send a loud and clear message that it's "out with the old and in with the new!"

We need your help!  We do not have an incumbent machine to draw in the big bucks as payoffs for bringing home the pork. We raise our money the honest way—one person at a time, one donation at a time, and without strings attached.

Look, the bottom line is that we all know that winning in the fall is determined largely by how much money we raise. Last minute get-out-the vote campaigns, targeted media ads, and direct mailings are among the tools we will use to flip this seat RED in November. Your donation makes this possible.

Moneybomb II: $5K Friday!

This is it!  We are shooting for $5K in contributions by midnight on Friday. This is a $5K Friday!  And it's a fast and furious moneybomb, folks.

So look, that's only 1,000 people contributing $5.  We have almost twice that many fans on our Facebook page alone!  We have almost double that number following us on Twitter, too!  So this is really do-able a few times over. 

Or...it's 500 people contributing $10; or 250 people with $20!  See how easy this is?  If everyone pitches in, we'll hit our goal in no time, and it will jump start us for the general election on May 5th!

Let's think of it this way...$5 is less than one venti latte at Starbucks...or a value meal at McD's.  You can help us reach our goal of $5K by midnight on Friday.
