Pantano On Social Security During his press conference today, Pantano made several strong comments on the critical state of Social Security. Note from Ilario:
I absolutely pledge I will do everything necessary to STOP the spending spree that has decimated our Social Security trust fund. We have moral and fiscal obligations to our own citizens that are getting passed over because of our wasteful spending. I believe that our senior citizens should get their full benefit from Social Security. They've earned that, they've been promised that, and they are owed that and that includes yearly cost-of-living increases. I will fight to set priorities that will allow the cost-of-living increases to be restored as soon as possible, hopefully in the next fiscal year. I remain semper fidelis, Ilario Pantano |

Pantano/McIntyre Debate #4 Highlights The last debate between Pantano and McIntyre was a blow out. We watched in amazement as McIntyre parroted lines copied directly from Ilario's previous debate statements. We watched in awe as Pantano maintained his cool in the face of personal attacks while McIntyre got louder, more agitated, and more desperate. Ilario was prescient when he remarked that if McIntyre truly believed what he said he stood for, then he would vote for Ilario too! Quite a stark contrast, and Ilario is right - the CHOICE is clear. |
